Group Exercise Class Schedule

Madeline is passionate about creating continuous, healthy movement opportunities in the community and teaches a variety of group exercise classes in North Hawaii. Check out her current schedule below for options to learn mindful motion to take care of your body and feel your vibrant self.

All classes listed are an hour in duration and open to the public. Some classes may start a few minutes late on Hawaiian time, in which case they may run a few minutes late as well. Please be generous by giving yourself this time.
